Listening to Solace’s cover of Black Sabbath’s Electric Funeral is like stumbling upon an ancient broadcast that has been drifting through the depths of the cosmos for millennia. It really does have an other-worldly vibe to it, pretty rough around the edges, very retro, and possibly recorded live. It is good to hear a different interpretation of Black Sabbath where other bands would have done something more obvious. Master of Alchemy

ALL HOPE ABANDON, YE WHO ENTER HERE. Through me you go into a city of weeping; through me you go into eternal pain; through me you go amongst the lost people. Hope not ever to see Heaven. I have come to lead you to the other shore; into eternal darkness; into fire and into ice. Do not be afraid; our fate cannot be taken from us; it is a gift. - Inferno, Dante Alighieri.
